Seasonal Nature Yoga Workshops

Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter

Each season with its own offering of Nature guides us to follow a Yoga routine with daily practise including being in nature, proper breathing (pranayama) relaxation, meditation and yoga postures to help us physically, emotionally and spiritually.
